● Participate in implementing short and long-term projects including new back-end functionalities to assist our sales team, new front-end functionalities to improve user and guest engagement, integrations to new partner APIs, and the list goes on.

Position Summary: This position will report to the VP of Business Development and work closely with the Director, Sales and Marketing.  The successful candidate will become a key member of our Owner Program, Owner Success Team and have a strong understanding of business-to-business sales with strong communication skills. The candidate will enjoy proactively servicing our base of property owners on a market-by-market basis.  The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking to property owners at a high level and have a strong understanding of the hospitality and vacation rental market in order balance property owner needs against revenue expectations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:

  • Account manage a portfolio of 100-150+ self-managed vacation properties
  • Recognize business opportunities with each individual property and execute revenue generation strategies
  • Provide consultative support to property owners with a strong focus on revenue optimization
  • Hit or exceed monthly goals (revenue per property)
  • Handle objections and help property owners achieve their revenue potential
  • Build new property listings on RedAwning.com and its distribution network
  • Responsible for preliminary pricing, calendar availability, property content and on-going promotions
  • Perform Go-Live Calls
  • Monitor rates, availability and content scores by property
  • Work with Owners on all stay related issues
  • Coordinate photography and deployment of Amazon Alexa Smart Concierge program

  • Manage sales activities within Hubspot including processing leads, tracking, and reporting
  • Participate in regular sales training and skill sessions
  • Collaborate closely with other sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and maintain high conversion
